Klíníkin receives equal pay certification
Klíníkin has received equal pay certification in accordance with the equal pay standard ÍST 85:2012
It is our true pleasure to announce that Klíníkin Ármúla has received equal pay certification in accordance with the equal pay standard ÍST 85:2012.
With this certification, we at Klíníkin have received confirmation that professional practices are followed in human resource management to prevent direct and indirect discrimination, and we have demonstrated that a management system has been established to ensure that decisions on pay are based on objective criteria. All of this aims to maintain pay equality in accordance with Klíníkin's equal pay policy.
Work on the equal pay system began in November 2022, and we turned to the auditing body Versa Vottun. The work on setting up the equal pay system and the auditing process with Versa Vottun has helped us gain a better insight into equal pay issues and where opportunities for improvement lie.
We are truly proud of this milestone of ours, which we believe is an important part of showing social responsibility.
