New Board of Klíníkin Ármúla ehf. | New Chairman of the Board is Gestur Jónsson
The Annual General Meeting of Klíníkin was held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the company's premises at Ármúla 7. At the meeting, Gestur Jónsson was elected Chairman of the Board, and Hjálmar Þorsteinsson, Birkir Hólm Guðnason, and Jóhannes Árnason joined the board as new members, while Kristján Skúli Ásgeirsson retains his seat on the company's board.
The alternate board members are Hrólfur Einarsson and Eyjólfur Árni Rafnsson, with Hrólfur previously serving on the board and Eyjólfur previously serving as Chairman of the Board.

We are proud of our operations and aim to continue developing Klíníkin for the benefit of society,” Gestur Jónsson, the new Chairman of the Board, is quoted as saying.
The new board has finalised the appointment of Kristján Jón Jónatansson to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the company.
