Klíníkin acquires Meltingarklíníkin
Klíníkin Ármúla acquires Meltingarklíníkin and strengthens specialised digestive health services
Klíníkin Ármúla has completed the acquisition of Meltingarklíníkin, a specialised healthcare service in the field of gastroenterology established in 2021. With the acquisition, specialised gastroenterology services are added to the operations of Klíníkin Ármúla.
Since its establishment, Meltingarklíníkin has built up robust operations in the field of gastroenterology, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the digestive tract, colon, and rectum. The acquisition creates increased opportunities to strengthen the service, shorten waiting times, and improve patient access to specialised diagnosis and treatment. Recently, Meltingarklíníkin moved into larger and renovated premises with specially equipped facilities and modern technical equipment that supports the continued development of its operations.
"In a short period, Meltingarklíníkin has built up a strong operation with an experienced and professional team. With this acquisition, we further strengthen our service offering and create increased opportunities to improve patient access to specialised diagnosis and treatment. We look forward to building further on the excellent cooperation that has already been established and continuing the development of our operations," says Kristján Jón Jónatansson, Managing Director of Klíníkin Ármúla.
The acquisition is part of Klíníkin Ármúla's continued development in the field of specialised healthcare services, with a focus on strengthening services and improving patient access.
