Book, change and cancel appointments. You can see available times with your doctor or therapist and book directly. If you need to move an appointment, you do it yourself – no phone call needed. Remember to cancel before 14:00 the day before, otherwise the appointment is charged.

Answer questionnaires before your visit. Before a consultation or procedure we often ask you a few questions about your health, medication and allergies. Your answers go straight into your medical record and make the consultation more useful.

Pay invoices. Invoices for consultations, treatments and procedures appear on My Pages and you pay them by card on the spot.

Sign documents electronically. You sign consent for surgery and other documents with electronic ID – no printing, no waiting.

See results and documents. Test results, doctor's letters and instructions your doctor has shared with you.

Send messages. Messages to Klíníkin travel through an encrypted channel – never by ordinary email. A fee is charged for electronic communication according to the Icelandic Health Insurance (SÍ) tariff.
